Brief About Dr. Y. Nalini
Dr. Y. Nalini, a highly regarded Radiation Oncologist with an extensive 28-year experience, is based in Hyderabad, India. She specializes in the comprehensive management of solid tumors, employing a combination of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy. Her expertise also extends to the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and breast cancers, with a particular focus on Internal Modulated Radiotherapy.
Dr. Nalini’s educational background includes an MBBS degree from Gandhi Medical College (Osmania University), Hyderabad, in 1983, an MD in Radiotherapy from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, in 1994, and a DNB in Radiotherapy from the National Board of Examinations in 1994. In 2007, she further honed her skills through a Professional fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital, Houston, USA, specializing in Image Guided Radio Therapy (IGRT) and Intensity Modulated Radio Therapy (IMRT).
As a dedicated professional, Dr. Nalini is an active member of various esteemed organizations, including the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the Indian Medical Association, and the Union for International Cancer Congress.
