Brief About G Jaisimha Reddy
Dr. G Jaisimha Reddy is an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist with over 25 years of expertise. He has been recognized for his outstanding contributions in the field, including being awarded a Gold medal in 2010 and being a member of the Royal College of Physicians, London in 2004. Dr. Reddy specializes in various areas, such as the treatment of Polycystic ovarian disease, infertility, and male hypogonadism. He has also conducted extensive research in Intensive insulin management and insulin pump therapy. Additionally, he is skilled in managing diabetes during pregnancy, hypertension (including patients with Cohn’s syndrome), and rare cancers. Dr. Reddy has been recognized as an “Active Charity Volunteer for Cancer” in 2008 and has published a research article in the British Journal of Cancer in 2006. Prior to his current position, he held prestigious roles as a Consultant (Endocrinology/Diabetes) in Furness General Hospital, Cumbria, England from 2014-2015 and as a Specialist Registrar (Diabetes and Endocrinology/Acute Medicine) in the NHS Trust, Northeast, UK from 2012-2013. Dr. Reddy completed his MBBS from B M Patil Medical College, Vijayapura, Karnataka in 1996, followed by an MD in General Medicine from Bharati Medical College, Pune in 2000. He further pursued MRCP (Endocrinology/Diabetes) from the Royal College of Physicians, London, UK in 2010. Dr. Reddy’s special interests include the treatment of Polycystic ovarian disease, infertility, and male hypogonadism, intensive insulin management and insulin pump therapy, diabetes during pregnancy, hypertension (including patients with Cohn’s syndrome and phaeochromocytomas), and the Neuroendocrine MDT.
