Brief About Mr. Shaun Khoo
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Shaun Khoo is a highly skilled Surgical Oncologist based in Penang, Malaysia.
He specializes in various procedures such as neoadjuvant radio-chemotherapy, sentinel node biopsies, nodal basin dissection, laparoscopic resections, intra-operative regional chemo-perfusion, and palliative surgery for thyroid, breast, soft tissue sarcoma, colon, and rectal cancers. Additionally, he is well-versed in multi-modality treatment and oncological resections.
Mr. Shaun Khoo is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has numerous publications, journals, and articles to his credit. He obtained his MD from Western University, Canada in 2001 and completed his General Surgery training at Michigan State University, USA in 2006.
Furthermore, he pursued a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Apart from his medical expertise, Mr. Shaun Khoo is fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, and Hokkien. His special interests lie in Surgical Oncology and General Surgery.
