The Digestive Health Institute in Mumbai was established in 2004 under the name of the Centre for Obesity and Digestive Surgery. Dr. Muffazal (Dr. Muffi) Lakdawala, a renowned expert in scarless bariatric surgery, founded this institute. It has gained recognition as the top center in India and Asia for performing laparoscopic and Single Incision GI surgeries.
The institute offers a comprehensive range of services including Laparoscopic Surgery, Pancreatic Surgery, Hernia Surgery, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, and more.
