We are looking to hire an empathetic manager to identify and work on the individual patient medical queries by providing them complete medical treatment information and options according to their requirements and preferences to ensure high conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- International Patient Queries:
- Address inquiries and concerns from newly appointed international patients across various specialties.
- Follow up with ongoing patient queries to provide timely assistance and support.
- Medical History and Information Gathering:
- Collect complete medical histories, reports, and necessary information from patients via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Medical Requirement Assessment:
- Understand each patient’s medical needs and requirements.
- Suggest appropriate treatment plans and provider options based on condition and preferences.
- Coordination with Hospitals and Doctors:
- Share medical details and reports with hospitals/doctors.
- Schedule and organize teleconsultations for remote assessments.
- Patient Engagement and Conversion:
- Provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs.
- Ensure high patient conversion rates by addressing concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of patient details, interactions, and conversations.
- Logistics and Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate medical visas, travel, accommodations, and transfers.
- Ensure smooth arrival and departure for international patients.
- Promotional Activities:
- Work with doctors and hospitals to plan promotional activities to attract patients.
- Patient-Doctor/Hospital Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (International patients).
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in medical tourism/healthcare industry.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any field (preference to medical background).
- Good interpersonal and administration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
