JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Gurgaon/ Chennai

Language: Proficient in English/ French/ Arabic/ Russian/ Turkish/ Spanish/ Italian Language (Any 1)

Salary: As per experience

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in clinical case management, patient coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to interact with International patients
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A background in healthcare, nursing, or medical tourism would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good Administration skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking patients.
    • Understand and assess the medical needs of patients and guide them through their medical journey in India.
    • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for the patients.
  2. Case Management:
    • Oversee the entire patient case from the initial inquiry, medical procedures, post-operative care, and follow-up once the patient returns to their home country.
    • Ensure all medical records, reports, and other relevant documents are properly managed and handed over to the patient.
  3. Liaison with Healthcare Providers:
    • Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best care for the patients.
    • Stay updated with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and offerings of partner hospitals.
  4. Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare providers, ensuring all queries are addressed.
    • Translate medical terms, procedures, and other relevant information for patients when necessary.
  5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
    • Collect feedback from patients regarding their medical journey and experience in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an empathetic candidate to identify and work on the individual patient medical queries by providing them complete medical treatment information and options according to their requirements and preferences to ensure high conversions.

  • Schedule and organize teleconsultations with doctors to facilitate remote medical assessments.

    • Provide patients with comprehensive treatment plans and detailed information tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
    • Ensure high patient conversion rates by addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
  2. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of patient details, interactions, and conversations on a regular basis.
  3. Logistics and Travel Coordination:
