Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Coordination:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking patients.
   • Understand and assess the medical needs of patients and guide them through their medical journey in India.
   • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for the patients.
2. Case Management:
   • Oversee the entire patient case from the initial inquiry, medical procedures, post-operative care, and follow-up once the patient returns to their home country.
   • Ensure all medical records, reports, and other relevant documents are properly managed and handed over to the patient.
3. Liaison with Healthcare Providers:
   • Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best care for the patients.
   • Stay updated with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and offerings of partner hospitals.
4. Communication:
   • Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare providers, ensuring all queries are addressed.
   • Translate medical terms, procedures, and other relevant information for patients when necessary.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
   • Collect feedback from patients regarding their medical journey and experience in India.

Work closely with the Medsurge India team to implement feedback and improve patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously follow up with ongoing patient queries to provide timely assistance and support.

2. Medical History and Information Gathering:

• Procure complete medical histories, medical reports, and necessary information from patients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

3. Medical Requirement Assessment:

• Understand the medical needs and requirements of each patient.
• Suggest appropriate treatment plans and healthcare provider options based on the patient’s medical condition and preferences.

4. Coordination with Hospitals and Doctors:

• Collaborate with hospitals and doctors by providing them with essential medical details and reports of patients.
• Schedule and organize teleconsultations with doctors to facilitate remote medical assessments.

5. Patient Engagement and Conversion:
   • Provide patients with comprehensive treatment plans and detailed information tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
   • Ensure high patient conversion rates by addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
6. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate records of patient details, interactions, and conversations on a regular basis.
7. Logistics and Travel Coordination:
   • Coordinate and communicate all necessary information related to medical visas, travel arrangements, accommodations, and transfers for patients and their families.
   • Ensure a smooth and safe arrival and departure process for international patients.
8. Promotional Activities:
   • Liaise with doctors and hospitals to plan and execute promotional activities as needed to attract more international patients.
9. Patient-Doctor/Hospital Coordination:

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between patients and healthcare providers to ensure the smooth processing of ongoing treatments.
