Dr. Akash Umesh Tiwari has over 11 years of expertise as a head and neck surgical oncologist. He specializes in early diagnosis, timely intervention, surgical care, and post-surgery rehabilitation for patients with oral cancer. Additionally, he has dealt with all major oral cancers, such as those that affect the lips, buccal mucosa, tongue, palate, upper jaw, and lower jaw. He is also trained in the treatment of cancers of the face, skin, and head and neck.
He has vast experience in head and neck surgery at Government Medical College, Dhule. Furthermore, he is active in a variety of tobacco intervention and cessation programs through various government and non-government organizations.
