Brief About Dr. Anita Kaul
Dr. Anita Kaul is a highly experienced gynaecologist, obstetrician, and foetal medicine specialist based in New Delhi, India. With 28 years of practice, she offers a wide range of services including Down syndrome screening, twin pregnancies, Laparoscopic Gynaecology, Fertility Conserving Procedures, in-utero foetal therapy, and more.
Dr. Kaul obtained her medical degree from Bangalore University in 1986 and completed her master’s degree in obstetrics and gynaecology from Kanpur University in 1991. She received specialized training in foetal medicine from Professor Kypros Nicolaides at Kings College London before establishing the first dedicated foetal medicine center in North India at Apollo in 2006.
Dr. Kaul initiated the Fetal Surgical Therapy program in 2011, the first of its kind in North India, making her one of the country’s leading foetal surgeons. She is also involved in a Fellowship program in collaboration with FMF-UK and is a life member of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Delhi.
Dr. Anita Kaul is proficient in both English and Hindi, and her special interests include Abortion/Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP), Fertility Conserving Procedures, Complicated Pregnancy Treatment, Laparoscopic Gynaecology, Gynaec Laparoscopy, Gynaecological Endoscopy, and Lactation Counselling.
