Dr. Gavin Malcolm Spence is a renowed paediatric orthopedist with over 25 years of experience in both surgery and also non-surgical treatments for children. In addition, he has performed over 4200 procedures on his own. Dr. Spence was the first surgeon in the UK to use Wittenstein Fitbone to effectively treat a difficult paediatric limb deformity using Circular External Fixation and/or Intramedullary Limb Lengthening.
