Dr. Har Prakash Garg is a well-known general surgeon who has been in practice for 49+ years. He was one of the first doctors in Delhi to do Minimal Access Surgery. He earned his MBBS from the University of Lucknow in 1970, his MS in General Surgery from Meerut University in 1975, and a Diploma in Orthopaedics from the University of Lucknow in 1980.
Furthermore, he was a convener of examinees for facilitating the Fellowship for Endo Surgeons and ran the Fellowship course for 7-8 years all across the country. FALS and the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (FIAGES) awarded him fellowships (Fellowship).
