Dr. Himanshu Patel is a distinguished Surgical Gastroenterologist who has accumulated over 16 years of experience in the field. He completed his MBBS in 2005 from the BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, followed by an MD from NHL Medical College and VS Hospital, Ahmedabad. Additionally, he obtained a DNB from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in 2011.
Dr. Patel is recognized for his expertise in performing various GI tract surgeries, including those related to the esophagus, hernia, colon and rectum, gall bladder, liver, bile duct, hemorrhoids, pancreas, as well as laparoscopic procedures such as nephrectomy, adrenalectomy, appendectomy, splenectomy, and retroperitoneal surgeries. Noteworthy open GI surgeries conducted by him include the Whipple procedure, abdominal surgery, Roux-en-Y, and Nissen fundoplication.
