Brief About Dr. Kirthi Raju
Dr. Kirthi Raju is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Medcare Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital in Dubai. She completed her MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and earned her MD in Internal Medicine and DM in Rheumatology from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. She also holds a Specialty Certificate in Rheumatology from the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK) and The British Society for Rheumatology.
She moved to Dubai as a Specialist in Rheumatology at Aster Medical Centre and later joined Medcare Hospital Al Safa. She is a member of several professional bodies, including the Emirates Society of Rheumatology and the Indian Rheumatology Association.
Dr. Raju specializes in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and spondyloarthritis. Her areas of expertise also include gout, osteoporosis, lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome, vasculitis, frozen shoulder, and ankylosing spondylitis.
