About Dr. Mona AlRukhaimi
Dr. Mona AlRukhaimi is a Professor of Medicine at Dubai Medical College, UAE, and a Consultant Nephrologist. She is the Director of AlRukhaimi Polyclinic and former Head of the Medical and Renal Department at Dubai Hospital. Dr. AlRukhaimi is the current President of the Emirates Medical Association Nephrology Society and has held key positions in various global nephrology organizations. She is the first female Nephrologist and Internist in the UAE, with qualifications including MRCP (UK), FRCP Edinburg, and FRCP London. Dr. AlRukhaimi has been a driving force behind World Kidney Day activities in the UAE and has contributed significantly to organ transplant initiatives globally.
