Dr. Omer Kamil Dogan is a highly experienced Ophthalmologist based in Istanbul, Turkey. With over 35 years of practice, he specializes in various areas including General Eye Examination, Cataract surgery, Glaucoma, Corneal Diseases, Conjunctival Diseases, and Corneal Transplant. Dr. Dogan is currently the Head of Department at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental. Dr. Dogan obtained his medical degree from Ankara University and completed his specialization in Eye Diseases from the same institution, as well as in the United States.
