Dr. Puneet Gupta serves as the Chairman of Oncology Services at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences in Faridabad, bringing over 28 years of experience in cancer care. He completed his MBBS from Himachal Pradesh University in 1988, followed by an MD in Radiotherapy from Utkal University in 1992. He further obtained a DNB in Radiotherapy from the National Board of Examination in 1994 and a DM in Medical Oncology from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 1996.
Dr. Gupta has achieved several notable milestones in oncology, including initiating the first DNB medical oncology program in India and introducing diplomas in psycho-oncology and nursing oncology through Amity University. He was also the first to administer EGFR monoclonal antibody for head and neck cancer and CD33 monoclonal antibody for acute myeloid leukemia in India’s corporate sector.
