Brief About Dr. Sudheer Kumar Tyagi
Dr. Sudheer Kumar Tyagi is a well-known Neurologist working in Delhi for many years. With over 20 years of experience and training from some of the best institutes both domestically and internationally. He earned his MBBS and MS degrees from the University of Lucknow. After that, he completed his Master of Surgery at the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr. Tyagi had specialized training in neurovascular and skull base surgery at the Clinical Center Ljubljana, Slovenia, under Prof. Vinco.V. Dolence, a world authority in these subjects.
Dr. Sudheer also finished his stereotactic functional neurosurgery training at St. Vincent Hospital in Sydney, as well as hands-on training in spinal cord stimulation in San Francisco, USA. Since completing his neurosurgical training, he has conducted over 4000 surgeries. At Apollo Hospital in New Delhi, India, Dr. Tyagi pioneered the functional stereotactic surgery program. He is well-known for his work with Frameless Stereotactic Navigation in cases of epilepsy-induced by minor lesions near eloquent brain areas.
