Brief About Dr. Jayaprakash Madhavan
Dr. Jayaprakash Madhavan is a highly experienced radiation oncologist with a career spanning over 30 years. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant at KIMS Global in Trivandrum, India.
Dr. Madhavan specializes in the treatment of GI and Lung Cancer, as well as Breast Cancer. He obtained his medical degree from Trivandrum Medical College and pursued his post-graduation studies at Trivandrum Medical College and Madras Medical College in Chennai. To further enhance his expertise, he underwent advanced training at renowned international institutes such as the Holtradium Institute in Manchester, UK, MDAH Huster in Texas, USA, Upsala University in Sweden, and Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. From 2002 to 2009,
Dr. Madhavan served as the Medical Superintendent at the Regional Cancer Center in Trivandrum. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to the field of oncology through his involvement in academic research programs, paper presentations, and serving as a Post Graduate examiner. Dr. Madhavan’s special interests include Breast, GI, Lung, Head and Neck Cancer, as well as Cancer prevention.
