Brief About Dr. Lee Moon Keen
Dr. Lee Moon Keen is a distinguished Neurologist in Malaysia, boasting over 40 years of experience. She specializes in various procedures such as Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked potential studies, Nerve conduction study (NCS), Electromyography (EMG), Botox injection, and Deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery.
Dr. Lee Moon Keen serves as the Director of the Sunmed Functional Surgery Team, which conducted the first Parkinson’s Surgery for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) in Malaysia back in February 2003 at Sunway Medical Centre.
She is also a Founder Member of the Malaysian Society of Neurosciences and the Movement Disorders Council. Additionally, she is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia and a member of various prestigious medical associations. Dr. Lee Moon Keen has numerous publications, journals, and articles under her belt.
She holds an MBBS (1981) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, a Diploma (1989) in Clinical Neurology from the Institute of Neurology, University of London, UK, and an FRCP (1997) from the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, UK.
