Brief About Dr. Prof. Fatma Bilgen
Dr. Prof. Fatma Bilgen is a highly regarded Aesthetics and Plastic Surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as an expert in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Bilgen currently serves as a consultant at I.A.U VM Medical Park Florya Hospital in Istanbul.
Dr. Bilgen’s areas of expertise include stem cell therapy, acute and chronic wound and burn treatment, as well as the management of skin and soft tissue tumors. Dr. Fatma Bilgen obtained her medical degree from Trakya University in 1994. She further pursued her academic career by completing a PhD in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from Duzce University in 2012. She is an active member of the Turkey Wound Care Association, the Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association, and the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association.
