Brief About Dr. Ramesh Babu
Dr. Ramesh Babu is a highly esteemed Pediatric Urologist based in Chennai, India. With an impressive career spanning over 28 years, he has gained extensive expertise in the medical field.
Dr. Ramesh obtained his medical degree from Madurai Medical College in 1991, where he excelled and received a gold medal in medicine and surgery. He further pursued his MS in General Surgery from Calicut Medical College in 1994 and completed his MCh in Pediatric Surgery from the renowned Institute of Child Health in Chennai in March 1997. In July of the same year, he achieved FRCS (gen surgery) from both the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Dr. Ramesh further honed his skills by completing specialty training in pediatric Urology & laparoscopic surgery in the United Kingdom in 2003. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working at esteemed medical institutions such as Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, Bristol Children’s Hospital, University of Wales Hospital in Cardiff, and Southampton University Hospital.
