Brief About Dr. Serkan Uysal
Dr. Serkan Uysal is a highly experienced Gastroenterologist based in Istanbul, Turkey. With over 23 years of expertise, he specializes in various areas including Cancer, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Celiac Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gallbladder Disease, GERD (Heartburn, Acid Reflux), and endoscopic procedures. Dr. Uysal completed his medical education at Ankara University School of Medicine and pursued post-graduation at the prestigious Gazi University School of Medicine in Istanbul. Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned institutions such as Bilgi Medical Center, Turkiye Yuksek Ihtisas Hospital, Ankara Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Education Research Hospital, and Giresun State Hospital. Dr. Uysal is an active member of the Turkish Gastroenterology Society, Turkish Medical Society, Turkish Liver Disease Society, and Turkish Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Society.
