Dr. T.S. Kler is the Executive Director, of Cardiac Sciences and Head of the Department of Cardiology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurgaon. At the Medical College of Patiala, Dr. T. S. Kler earned his MBBS, and at PGI Chandigarh, he earned his MD in medicine and DM in cardiology. He earned his MRCP in the UK before returning to India in 1989. Dr. T. S.
