About N.M. WADIA INSTITUTE OF CARDIOLOGY PUNE

The N.M. Wadia Institute of Cardiology, established in 1966 in Pune by the late Dr. S.M.S Mody, is a renowned multi-specialty cardiac hospital. Accredited by the NABH, the hospital underwent significant infrastructure improvements in 1973 to enhance patient care. As the first super specialty cardiac hospital in Pune, it boasts a team of exceptional specialists and doctors.

The hospital’s primary objective is to deliver exceptional heart care services to all individuals. Renowned for its commitment to patient care and adoption of the latest diagnostic and treatment techniques, the hospital has numerous success stories. Patients place immense trust in both the doctors and the hospital.

Notably, the hospital recently performed a highly uncommon cardiology procedure on a 60-year-old patient who did not respond to medical management. This procedure, known as the first OCT-guided angioplasty, was successfully conducted at the institute.
