Brief About Dr. R. Jayaganesh
Dr. R. Jayaganesh, a highly regarded Urologist with over 35 years of successful practice, is based in Chennai, India. He holds the distinction of being the first urologist certified in robotic surgery. His expertise lies in various areas including Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), Pediatric Urology, Prostate Laser Surgery, Laparoscopy, Genitourinary Surgery, Minimally Invasive Urology, Andrology, Transurethral Incision of The Prostate (TUIP), Reconstructive Urology, and Transurethral Resection of The Prostate (TURP), among others. In 2019, he played a pivotal role in establishing the first advanced Robotic Surgery center in a state government hospital in India.
Dr. Jayaganesh completed his MBBS from Madras Medical College, Chennai, in 1988, followed by MS in 1992 and MCh in 1996 from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (TNMGRMU). He has a special interest in Urologic Oncology, Ureteroscopy (URS), Dysmenorrhea Treatment, and Urinary Incontinence (Ui) Treatment.
