Dr. Nisha Ohri is a highly experienced Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with a career spanning 40 years. She is currently a Senior Consultant at Madhukar Rainbow Children’s Hospital & BirthRight by Rainbow in New Delhi, India. Dr. Ohri specializes in managing complicated pregnancies and operative complications. She completed her MBBS from the University of Delhi in 1976, followed by DGO from G B Pant Hospital, New Delhi in 1978.
In 1980, she obtained an MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the University of Delhi, and in 1983, she earned a DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the National Board Of Examination. Dr. Ohri is skilled in a wide range of gynecological surgeries, from natural access hysterectomy to advanced laparoscopic procedures.
She is an active member of the Delhi Medical Council and has a special interest in Hysteroscopy, Normal Vaginal Delivery (NVD), Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy, and Caesarean Section (C Section).
