He has received the National Merit Scholarship Ministry of Education & Social Welfare, Government of India, as well as the Outstanding Debater Certificate of Merit for Cultural Activities Government Medical College.
Dr. Sameer Kaul worked to provide better care to cancer patients in India who are economically disadvantaged, and he is the founder and president of the Breast Cancer Patients Benefit Foundation, which he used to spread awareness about this dreaded disease.
