Dr. Toh Charng Jeng is a highly respected Neurosurgeon based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with over two decades of experience in the field. He is recognized for being the first neurosurgeon to achieve the Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice certification from the World Institute of Pain.
