Brief About Dr. Irfan Bashir
Dr. Irfan Bashir, a Radiation Oncologist based in New Delhi, India, brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over 14 years. He is highly skilled in the treatment of various types of cancers, including lung cancer, prostate cancer, head & neck cancer, and brain tumors. Dr. Bashir completed his MBBS in 2003 and went on to pursue DNB in Radiotherapy from the esteemed National Board of Examinations in 2011. To further enhance his expertise, he obtained certification in treating cancer patients from St. Christopher Hospital in Sydenham, London.
Additionally, he has achieved a certification in Palliative care and Oncology from AIIMS in New Delhi. Dr. Bashir actively participates in professional organizations such as the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI) and the Indian College of Radiation Oncology (ICRO). His special interests lie in the treatment of brain tumors and prostate cancer.
