Prof. Sevin BALKAN received her medical training from HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY in 1974, followed by ‘Neurology Specialisation Training’ from the same institution in 1978.
In addition, she earned her ‘Associate Professor title in 1984. Meanwhile, she was promoted to ‘Professor’ in 1991.
