Dr. Ramen Goel is a highly experienced General Surgeon based in Mumbai, India. With a remarkable career spanning over 33 years, he has established himself as a leading expert in the field. Dr. Goel specializes in various surgical procedures, including Laparoscopic Gastric band surgery, banded gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, revision bariatric surgery, and more. Notably, he was the pioneer in performing Laparoscopic Gastric Band Surgery and Banded Gastric Bypass surgery in India.
To further enhance his skills, Dr. Goel received specialized training in bariatric surgeries in France and the USA. He has also made significant contributions to the medical community as the President of the All India Association for Advanced Research on Obesity and as the Co-Chief Editor in the Journal of Obesity and Metabolic Research.
